Meet the team

Andrew Fox, Creative director

Andrew has been working in web development and design since 1995. He has worked with a huge range of companies and brands, including the European Space Agency, Wolff Olins (the international brand consultancy), the NHS, Macmillan Cancer Support, to name just a few. The scope of projects cover charities, corporate sites, promotions, ecommerce and community-aware sites.

Calum Land, Business director

Calum has consulted on and provided online information solutions for a variety of different organisations ranging from small start-up companies to global giants. Clients have included companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Mars Inc. and Unilever. Calum works very closely with the client to develop a good understanding of their needs to ensure the correct solution is delivered.

Inayaili de León, Designer

Inayaili is a web designer who comes from Portugal. Inayaili specialises in creating beautiful, clean, hand coded websites and, as she says, “always with a bit of love”. She graduated from the University of Algarve with a degree in Communication Design and has extensive experience and a true passion for web design and coding with a user-centred focus. She is also thoroughly engaged with the web, and you can find her everywhere – on Twitter, Delicious, Flickr, Friendfeed, Dopplr… Sites she has been responsible for include the Paadal website, an Indian music site, and Buzzable.

Leslie Mello, Art director

A designer and art director with over 15 years experience, Leslie has enjoyed working in Rome, New York and London. She has worked at Wolff Olins and specialized in creating brands, directing corporate films, and creative copywriting. Her wide-ranging experience also includes work for Donna Karan Home and Beauty, Vanity Fair, and Benetton’s Colors Magazine where she worked closely with the notorious Tibor Kalman and Oliviero Toscani.

Christian Nolle, Developer and designer

Christian has been putting websites online for around 10 years. He now develops sites for a variety of clients such as such as CDLA, University for the Creative Arts, Oxford Research Group and has also created a large number of sites for individual artists and photographers. He is pretty keen on utilising open-source solutions such as Drupal. When he is not working he enjoys most things that fly like the Mallard and modern aviation. You can enjoy his self-initiated projects on his website.
